We manage more than 8,000 homes including houses, bungalows, flats, maisonettes, and sheltered accommodation. More than 1,100 of these homes are managed under a lease, where the tenants own the lease and we retain the freehold and act as landlord.
Your lease describes the property you own – the plan attached to it shows the areas that are included in your home. Your rights as a leaseholder are governed by laws, in particular the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
As a leaseholder you are responsible for looking after your home, and for paying your rent and service charge. You are also responsible for the behaviour of your household and visitors.
