Help us to improve our online services by telling us what you think

We will be holding user research sessions over the coming weeks and we are looking for people to take part.

We manage more than 8,000 homes including houses, bungalows, flats, maisonettes, and sheltered accommodation. More than 1,100 of these homes are managed under a lease, where the tenants own the lease and we retain the freehold and act as landlord.

Your lease describes the property you own – the plan attached to it shows the areas that are included in your home. Your rights as a leaseholder are governed by laws, in particular the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.

As a leaseholder you are responsible for looking after your home, and for paying your rent and service charge. You are also responsible for the behaviour of your household and visitors.
