Housing

Tenants and Leaseholders can access their Online Portal by registering via the My Cambridge portal.

We will help those who need a home make the best choice about the housing options available to them, and work with current tenants to manage their tenancies. We can provide information, advice and guidance about rent and the different benefits available to tenants who need them.

We offer a range of housing options including council-owned accommodation, supported housing, privately rented, and temporary accommodation.

We’re committed to reducing homelessness in Cambridge and we work in partnership with a number of agencies to provide accommodation and support to homeless and rough sleeping people.

We encourage residents to contribute to service improvement – we welcome feedback through our resident involvement initiatives or via our customer service centre.
