Community forums are meetings which bring residents, councils and developers together to raise issues and discuss how the developments are moving forward.

There are community forums for:

• Cambridge East – covering Marleigh, Springstead Village, and the airport site
• North West and West Cambridge – covering Darwin Green, Eddington, and West Cambridge
• Northeast Cambridge

There is also a developers forum for Queen Edith’s, covering the new Eddeva Park, Netherhall Gardens and Newbry Farm developments.

The forums usually meet three times a year and are open to everyone. Many of the sites straddle the local authority boundary, so we and South Cambridgeshire District Council take turns to organise and host the meetings.

When ‘in-person’, the format usually involves an informal drop-in session, followed by a more formal meeting.

Occasionally, virtual meetings are held instead via Microsoft Teams, details of which can be found below. You can download the Teams app or use the Chrome or Edge browsers to join the meetings. Teams does not currently support Safari or Firefox.

Cambridge East Community Forum
