If you need help getting around, we can lend you an electric scooter or wheelchair when you visit the city centre.

Our Shopmobility service is free to use, but you must register before you can use it.

You must also reserve the equipment in advance. Please do not visit to collect a mobility aid without arranging it first.

We have offices at Grafton East car park and Grand Arcade car park. You can use our mobility aids all around the city centre, but there are restrictions on how far you can take them.

We are members of the national Shopmobility UK scheme.

Accessible restroom

The Grand Arcade office has a Changing Places toilet and accessible restroom. It contains a toilet, shower, hoist and changing bed.

The key to the room is available from the car park customer service office. The office is open from 8am to 8pm every day, except for 10am to 5pm on Sundays.
