Before you can borrow a mobility aid, you must register to use the Shopmobility service.

The registration process involves completing an application form and attending a meeting at which:

• we will show you how to use the scooter or electric wheelchair and ensure that you are competent to use it
• you will need to complete a simple insurance form

Contact us to request an appointment. We will arrange one at a convenient time on a weekday. Please do not come to the office without an appointment.

Applications are temporarily closed while we refine the process to join the service. We will reinstate the application form as soon as we can.

The shopmobility offices are at:

• Grafton East car park on level 4
• Grand Arcade car park on level −1

When you attend the meeting, please bring photo identification and proof of your current address.

We will re-register you every year, to make sure your details are up-to-date. You do not need to resubmit the form – we will go through the questions with you when you visit to borrow a mobility aid.
