Cycle parks

There are two covered cycle parks in the city - one at Park Street car park and one at Grand Arcade car park.

You can also borrow a pushchair from both cycle parks.

Grand Arcade cycle park

The Grand Arcade cycle park has covered space for over 200 cycles. It closes every night at 11.30pm.

Cyclists can access the cycle park from Corn Exchange Street – when travelling from Downing Street, the entrance is on the right after the car park entrance – and pedestrians can enter from Grand Arcade or Fisher Square.

A cycle shop run by Rutland Cycles is based inside. Rutland Cycles offer daily and long-term valet cycle parking.

Get opening times and contact details from the Rutland Cycles website.

Park Street cycle park

Park Street cycle park has covered space for over 200 cycles on the basement level.

Cyclists and pedestrians can enter the cycle park from Park Street. There is also pedestrian-only access from Bridge Street.

The Bicycle Ambulance shop at the cycle park sells and repairs bikes.
