Your responses to our consultations and engagement help us decide how to improve our services and how to prioritise some services over others.
We would encourage anyone who can to use our online consultation and engagement platform to complete our surveys, as this enables us to collate and review answers more efficiently.
For those who do not have digital access, it is possible to complete a paper survey which can be collected from our Customer Service Centre on Regent Street or by calling 01223 457000 and asking for the Communications Team.
It is also possible to download a PDF copy of each survey which can then be printed using the links below.
We are continually striving to improve our processes and to enable as many people as possible to complete our surveys. We appreciate your understanding if these changes don't always work well straight away and we welcome your feedback.
