Pay your leasehold property service charge

Under the terms of your lease, you must pay a regular service charge. This covers your share of services and repairs for the building you live in, as well as insurance and management costs.

The easiest way to pay the service charge for your leasehold property is to set up a direct debit. It saves you time and helps us to reduce costs, making more money available to provide other services.

Set up a direct debit to pay your leasehold property service charge

You will need your leaseholder account number, bank account details, and the name and address of your bank or building society.

We can send you a printable copy of the form if you prefer – contact us to request this.

You can choose to pay on the 1st or 15th day of the month, and to pay monthly or every three months.

Your payments will be subject to the safeguards assured by the direct debit guarantee.

Other ways to pay

If you prefer, you can pay your service charge online every time the payment is due.

You can also pay by phone – call us on 01223 457779 and choose the ‘service charge’ option.

You will need your leaseholder account number each time you make a payment.
