You can use our online account system to:

• check your business rates bills and payments
• set up or change a Direct Debit
• apply for paperless billing
• tell us about any changes to your contact details
• check the rateable value of any property in Cambridge

The system often goes offline for maintenance between 8pm and 8.30pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

Signing in

To access your account online, you must provide:

• your full name or business name
• the online code from the bottom of your bill – it changes every time we send you a bill, so check you are using the latest code
• your telephone number or email address

New accounts

If you have not used the system before, you will need to set up an online account.

You will need information from your business rates bill or a notification email to do this.
