We publish details of how to have your say at a meeting on its agenda, which we publish at least 5 days in advance of the meeting.
If you want to ask a question or make a statement at a meeting, contact us by midday two working days in advance.
We broadcast these meetings live on our YouTube channel – by speaking or appearing at a meeting you are giving your consent to be recorded.
If confidential matters are due to be discussed at a meeting, we’ll ask you to leave the meeting for that part of it. We’ll highlight these items on the meeting agenda.
