We publish details of how to have your say at a meeting on its agenda, which we publish at least 5 days in advance of the meeting.
We are holding our decision-making meetings in person. We publish guidance on public health and wellbeing for in-person meetings with every agenda.
Our four area committees are meeting virtually until the end of December 2021.
If you want to ask a question or make a statement at a meeting, contact us by midday two working days in advance.

We broadcast these meetings live online – by speaking or appearing at a meeting you are giving your consent to be recorded.
If confidential matters are due to be discussed at a meeting, we’ll ask you to leave the meeting for that part of it. We’ll highlight these items on the meeting agenda.
