Help us to improve our online services by telling us what you think

We will be holding user research sessions over the coming weeks and we are looking for people to take part.

ICT maintenance work on Saturday 21 May

Some of our online systems might be temporarily unavailable – if you are affected, please wait a short time then try again.

Have your say at committee meetings

We publish details of how to have your say at a meeting on its agenda, which we publish at least 5 days in advance of the meeting.

We are holding our decision-making meetings in person. We publish guidance on public health and wellbeing for in-person meetings with every agenda.

Our four area committees are meeting virtually until the end of December 2021.

If you want to ask a question or make a statement at a meeting, contact us by midday two working days in advance.

We broadcast these meetings live on our YouTube channel – by speaking or appearing at a meeting you are giving your consent to be recorded.

If confidential matters are due to be discussed at a meeting, we’ll ask you to leave the meeting for that part of it. We’ll highlight these items on the meeting agenda.

Sign up for email updates

We use a system called Modern.Gov to manage and publish information about committees and councillors. The system can send you email updates about the committees and areas you choose.
