Have your say at committee meetings
Members of the public can attend the majority of meetings held by the council and time is allocated at the beginning for you to ask a question or make a statement.
You are required to tell us you wish to speak beforehand, as there are certain arrangements that have to be followed to ensure the meeting functions properly.
On occasion it might be necessary to ask members of the public to leave the room during the discussion of certain matters; these will be described as confidential on the agenda.
