Coronavirus: Updates and information

Find out about available support and how to offer help. Our customer service centre is open to help you by email and phone. Please continue to follow official NHS and government advice.

Committee meetings being held virtually where practicable

During the coronavirus pandemic, we will hold meetings virtually where practicable, although some might be cancelled. Check the committee meeting calendar to see whether meetings are going ahead, and meeting agendas for details of how to connect.

Have your say at committee meetings

You can attend most Council and committee meetings.

Contact us for advice if you wish to ask a question or make a statement at a meeting.

If confidential matters are due to be discussed at a meeting, we’ll ask you to leave the room for that part of it. We’ll highlight these items on the meeting agenda.

Virtual meetings

You can participate in our virtual public meetings.

If you want to do so, contact us by midday two working days before the meeting – for example by midday on Monday for a meeting on Wednesday.

You can read full details of how we are running virtual meetings in our report to the Civic Affairs Committee on 18 May 2020 [PDF, 84Kb].
