How to attend committee meetings

You can attend committee meetings in person or online using Microsoft Teams.

If you are attending the meeting online:

  • we will email you the Microsoft Teams meeting link
  • join the Microsoft Teams meeting 10 minutes before the start time
  • leave your camera off until we get to the item you would like to speak about
  • keep yourself on mute until you're invited to speak

If you are attending the meeting in person:

  • arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time and ask for the committee manager
  • we will be able to answer any questions and check you’re happy with the process
