CB1 is one of the largest regeneration schemes to take place in the city centre in recent years. Over a ten-year period, the redevelopment of the former industrial site into a new neighbourhood with homes, workplaces and public amenities, has resulted in an exciting new district.

Central to the scheme is a commitment to an ambitious programme of public art, which includes permanent commissions, temporary events and an ongoing public engagement programme.

Wander is a series of 100 etched portraits of people encountered by artist Dryden Goodwin as he travelled around the city of Cambridge. These are embedded in the pavements on Station Place.
