Our experienced and qualified team provides a discreet and professional pest control service for Cambridge residents.

We can assess and treat infestations of the following pests affecting your home. There must be current evidence or sightings of multiple pests. We can treat:
- cockroaches
- mice and rats
- wasps and hornets
The charge to assess and treat an active infestation of cockroaches, mice or rats is £100. If you receive certain benefits, you do not have to pay – see below for a list of eligible benefits.
The charge to assess and treat wasps or hornets is £75 per active nest.
These charges apply until 31 March 2027.
Phone us to request a visit from our pest control officer to assess or treat an active pest problem. We do not make appointments by email.
Before you call us, read the British Pest Control Association’s pest-prevention advice.
We will arrange and conduct a risk assessment to identify the source of the infestation. If necessary, we will enter your property to carry out safe treatment.
After a pest-control appointment has been made, we will only give a cancellation refund in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, as the treatment slot has been taken by your booking.
Payment exemption for cockroaches, mice and rats
You will not have to pay for the assessment and treatment if you receive any of the listed benefits.
Tell us which benefit you receive when you call us to make your appointment. We will ask to see proof when we first visit you, either a proof-of-benefit letter or a benefit statement.
