Major planning applications

• Hybrid planning application for the Paddocks, Cherry Hinton Road, including demolition of existing buildings and construction of new buildings

Minor / other planning applications

• Temporary use of an approved house on land at Newbury Farm, Queen Ediths, as a sales suite for up to 3 years, including temporary outside and inside changes to support this. After that, it will be turned back into a home. Installation of temporary car parking which includes a disabled car parking bay and EV charging
  Applicant: Hill Residential Limited
