Mental Health Awareness Week
Since 2016 we have followed the Mental Health Foundation’s lead and promoted Mental Health Awareness Week every May.
This year, Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 14 to 20 May.
The theme of this year’s national campaign week is ‘Stress: Are we coping?’
Come and find us on the market on Thursday and Friday. We’ll be providing information on what support is available to help you improve your mental health.
- Thursday 18 and Friday 19 May, 11am to 2.30pm
We have signed up to the Stop Suicide pledge, run by the charity CPSL Mind, to help prevent suicide in Cambridge.
Stop Suicide is an award-winning campaign that seeks to empower communities and individuals to help stop suicides by being alert to the warning signs, asking directly about suicide and helping those who are feeling suicidal to stay safe.
