Mental Health Awareness Week

Since 2016 we have followed the Mental Health Foundation’s lead and promoted Mental Health Awareness Week every May.

This year, Mental Health Awareness Week runs from 18 to 24 May. The theme of this year’s national campaign week is kindness.

Visit the Mental Health Awareness Week website for resources, information and statistics. You can also follow the Mental Health Foundation on Facebook or Mental Health Foundation on Twitter.

For information and guidance on looking after your wellbeing during the coronavirus pandemic, read our 'Coronavirus: Look after yourself' page.

Stop Suicide pledge

We have signed up to the Stop Suicide pledge, run by the charity CPSL Mind, to help prevent suicide in Cambridge.

Stop Suicide is an award-winning campaign that seeks to empower communities and individuals to help stop suicides by being alert to the warning signs, asking directly about suicide and helping those who are feeling suicidal to stay safe.
