Our Invigorate programme of physical activities can help improve your wellbeing.
Sessions are free or low-cost, and everybody is welcome to attend. We particularly welcome people experiencing anxiety, depression or other mental ill health.
The programme currently includes football, walks, racket sports and yoga. A facilitator is present at all sessions to help and encourage you.
You can also watch pre-recorded exercise sessions online. We currently offer beginners Pilates and yoga courses and a self-care programme.
You do not have to join the programme to access the sessions. If you do join, we will also keep you informed about new programme activities as we arrange them.
