Cambridge art benches are a platform for local creatives, at all levels and experience, to showcase their artwork for free to the wider community.
There are a total of five art benches installed on Christ's Lane in Cambridge, with capacity to display up to 12 (10 portrait and two landscape) A3 sized artworks at any one time.
As well as working with arts organisations to promote upcoming exhibitions and raise the profile of local opportunities, we display residents’ artwork in the benches throughout the year and accept year-round submissions.
We accept both digital and physical submissions but aim to avoid displaying original works in the frames to minimise impact of outdoor conditions and weather damage. Where possible, we aim to reproduce an A3 print of your work for display.
Submit your interest by completing our form.
