IT issues affecting customer services

We are currently experiencing IT issues, so some of the systems used by customer services are unavailable.

Self-built and custom-built property register

We are required to keep a register of people who are interested in self-build or custom-build projects. The register informs us of the level of demand, enabling us to develop a strategy for matching people to plots.

We keep our register in partnership with South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC). This helps us bring together people who want to build homes in the same area, which often makes projects more viable.
