Notification and formalisation of awarded contracts
If you are awarded a contract worth less than £25,000 we will notify you by email. The contract will be usually formalised by way of a purchase order and our standard terms and conditions.
We will notify you about contracts worth more than £25,000 using the portal – these contracts must be formalised by signing a printed copy.
For contracts over the EU threshold, initial letters will state intention and are subject to a standstill period, after which an award notification will usually be issued.
You will be required to complete a form to enable us to add you to our financial management system – after December 2017 we will not be able to issue a purchase order and start using the contract until this form is completed and returned.
