Healthy You is a lifestyle service delivered by Cambridge City Council. The Active Lifestyles Team offer opportunities for residents to take part in free or heavily subsidised physical activity and to learn about healthy eating.

Reduced Cost Fitness Memberships
Healthy You have teamed up with Better in Cambridge to offer a reduced rate on their adult monthly direct debit membership.
This partnership member scheme is designed to inspire inactive adults to return to a more physically active lifestyle at fitness facilities in Cambridge City.
The scheme is aimed at:
- those who are 16 and over
- those currently inactive, that have been for the last 3 months (doing less than 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity each week)
- those with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or over
- those who have been referred to apply by a Healthy You Co-Ordinator
This offer is open to new and returning Better customers only, applicants must have a Cambridge City postcode to apply.
Membership offers apply to single centres including Parkside Pool and Gym and Abbey Leisure Complex, or a partnership membership offer that covers all centres in Cambridge City (also includes Cherry Hinton Village Sports Centre, Kings Hedges Learner Pool & Jesus Green Lido) and The Hive in Ely.
Please note that you are required to pay the reduced monthly fee for as long as you hold the Better membership.
