Benefits claim review
If you have received a letter from us asking you to complete an online review of your claim, click on 'Start your review' below.
Please note, you may need to disable any pop-up blockers on your web browser in order to use this system.
You must be the person who is claiming housing benefit and/or council tax reduction and you must have the letter as you'll need the secure password given.
You will also need your national insurance number, postcode and your date of birth, in this format - 01-JAN-1970. Make a note of these now so it is easier to complete your review.
You must complete your review within one month from the date of the letter we've sent you, or your payments will stop.
Remember you'll need to bring the letter with you as you'll need your secure password to complete your review. You'll also need your National Insurance number, date of birth and your home postcode.
