If you find a shopping trolley in the road, on a play area or somewhere with high footfall, or with fly-tipped rubbish, please report it.
Report it to Trolleywise if the trolley is from Aldi, B&Q, Dunelm, Iceland, Lidl, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s or Tesco.
Use the Collex Trolley app if the trolley is from Asda.

You can also report all trolley types to us via our online form. We need to know:
- Which store it is from
- Where it is
- When you last saw it
Please only use the form to report abandoned trolleys inside the Cambridge city boundary.
Shops have until 5pm the next day to retrieve their trolley. If they do not do so, we impound the trolley and give the store six weeks to claim it. After that, we recycle the trolley and charge the shop for any costs incurred.
