Unexpected technical failure, either with our own systems or from our providers, can cause the website to be temporarily unavailable.
Monitoring
A monitoring company called Uptime Robot regularly checks whether our website and online systems are available. It tells us when a service failure occurs, so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
