W@W: Wellbeing at work fitness sessions

Our wellbeing at work ‘W@W’ fitness sessions are great for anyone who wants to fit exercise into their busy lives. We run three weekly classes – bootcamp, boxercise, and pilates.

You can pay per session, or for just £15 per month you can attend as many sessions as you want.

These sessions are for anyone aged 16 and over who lives or works in Cambridge.

W@W Pilates

  • Wednesdays, 12.30 to 1.15pm in the Upper Hall at St Andrew’s Street Baptist Church
  • £5 per session, or included in the monthly pass

Pilates is a lower-intensity exercise to help improve flexibility, strength, and balance. It emphasizes alignment, breathing and developing core strength.

All fitness levels welcome. Please bring your own mat if you can, as we have a limited supply.

W@W Bootcamp

  • Mondays, 5.15 to 6pm on Parker’s Piece (meeting outside Hobbs’ Pavilion)
  • £5 per session, or included in the monthly pass

Bootcamp is a variety of different group exercises including circuit training, HIIT, fitness games and bodyweight exercises. No two sessions will ever be the same.

All fitness levels are welcome. The sessions take place outdoors – bring your own mat if you wish to use one.

W@W Boxercise

  • Wednesdays, 5.15 to 6pm on Parker’s Piece (meeting outside Hobbs’ Pavilion)
  • £5 per session or included in the monthly pass

Boxercise combines boxing technique with cardiovascular and body weight exercises. Working in pairs with gloves and pads, you will get a full body workout and have fun at the same time. A great stress-buster after a day’s work.

Suitable for all fitness levels, no previous experience required.
