Change to investigation of out-of-hours noise complaints

From 1 October 2021, the way we investigate out of hours noise complaints has changed.

There will no longer be a reactive out-of-hours noise service but all complaints concerning out of hours noise will still be investigated proactively. The Monday to Friday daytime reactive service remains operational.
