Due to reported problems and delays with Mears phone lines being answered, a temporary email account has been set up for our tenants, to reduce pressure on phone lines and ensure urgent calls are promptly responded to.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to change heating service appointments and follow on repairs enquiries only.
Please ensure you include your name, property address and contact telephone number.
This email account will be monitored by Mears staff during office hours 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday only.
Please note: all heating emergencies, breakdowns, must be reported by phone to Mears by calling 0333 2070766 to enable call logging and action where required.
