Our noise complaints service is operating a telephone-response service only for the majority of reports, until further notice.
This is to ensure the protection of our staff and the wider community from the spread of coronavirus, and is in line with government guidance.
If a reported noise is ongoing and having a significant impact on the wider community, we’ll rate the risk and attend if appropriate and safe to do so. We will not enter any property, but will assess from the local area and liaise with the police if required.
You can still log noise complaints as normal and we will do our best to provide you with advice by telephone or email to explain what, if any, action can be taken under the current circumstances.
We will continue to review the government’s advice and will update this page if we need to make further changes.
