Our phones and most ICT systems are now working

Update - 17 April, 9.15am:

Our phones and IT systems are now working again.

We are catching up with the backlog of enquiries, so please bear with us while we do so.

Thank you for your patience during this period of disruption.

Update - 16 April, 10.40am:

Following the recent disruption to our phones and ICT systems, most of our systems are now back up and running.

However, some systems are running slowly, or with occasional glitches, and we are catching up on the backlog of residents’ queries that have come in over the last week. Please bear with us if your query takes a little longer to resolve than usual today and in the next few days.

Thank you for your patience.

Update - 15 April, 2.20pm:

The remaining ICT issues at our Customer Service Centre have now been resolved and we are able to deal with enquiries.

However, some issues are persisting at our City Homes office on Arbury Road, and we cannot deal with walk-in enquiries at this time. If you have a council tenancy related issue, such as a repair request, please call our CSC on 01223 457000 rather than going to our City Homes office in person.

Thank you for your patience.

Update - 15 April, 9.15am:

Our telephones and most ICT systems are now working fully following the power outage and resulting issues last week.

There is a continuing problem with one system, which means we cannot deal with all council tenancy issues (including repairs). If your enquiry is urgent however, please do call us on 01223 457000.

Thank you.

Update, 4pm:

Some issues with ICT systems are persisting as below, and we are continuing to work to resolve these.

We will provide updates when we have more information.

Thank you for your continued patience.

Update - 12 April, 8.45am:

We are continuing to experience issues with some ICT systems this morning which means that we are not able to deal with all enquiries over the phone, or face to face at our Customer Service Centre.

If your enquiry is not urgent, please call on Monday.

We apologise for the ongoing inconvenience and are working to resolve the remaining issues as quickly as possible.

Update - 2.45pm:

Although our phone systems are now working, we are still experiencing intermittent issues with a number of ICT systems which means we may not be able to deal with enquiries face to face or over the phone.

If your enquiry is not pressing, please try calling again on Monday.

Additionally, the self-service machines at our customer service centre are not working at the moment.

Thank you for your patience while we continue working to resolve these issues, and we apologise for the inconvenience.
