Participants needed for customer testing of online systems

Original message: We are undertaking customer testing of some of our online systems and processes, and require participants. This testing will allow us to see first-hand how well these systems are performing, where issues may lie, and what might need to change.

Based on the results, we will be able to make recommendations on, for example, usability updates, system upgrades, or even system replacements in the longer term. This is part of our commitment to regularly review and improve online processes and interactions between our customers and the council.

Participants will be required for one hour, and the time slots will be between 10am and 5pm on June 27, 28 and 29.

You must live in Cambridge to participate, be over 18, and will need to complete a short questionnaire to apply. Please note that testing is not open to council employees or councillors, or anyone related to / having a close relationship with a council employee or councillor.

We are offering participants a voucher to say thank you for your time and valuable input.
