Kickstart Fitness programme for men
Kickstart Fitness is a fitness programme for men that is guaranteed to provide positive results whatever your goals.
This eight-week programme is designed to help you gain strength, lose weight and feel fitter.
- Thursdays from 24 January to 14 March, 8 to 9pm at Trumpington Sport
With different sessions each week, the programme will keep you on your toes and challenge you in new ways to help you achieve your goals.
As well as the weekly sessions, you will receive midweek workouts and nutrition advice, as well as help from qualified instructors – all for just £30.
Contact us to find out more and book your place. The cost will be reduced if you join the programme after the first week.
Trumpington Sport Centre
This brand new facility is now open! The following are available at the centre:

Trumpington Meadows Country Park
The country park is a 58 hectare nature reserve in Trumpington, off Hauxton Road. It is managed by the Wildlife Trust who have rangers who host regular events.
The country park is perfect for walks, runs, biking and family activities. Look out for community groups which use the country park for sport and exercise activities, such as buggy fit. For more information about events on the Country Park visit The Wildlife Trust website.
A new '321' RunTogether route is now available at the country park. This 3km route takes you through the park via Byron’s Pool and the Nature Reserve.
