Physical activity for pre- and post-natal women

It’s important to be physically active when you are pregnant, but information about what is safe can be overwhelming and confusing.

At our ‘active mums coffee mornings’, a series of informal meetings, you'll have the chance to:

  • talk to women’s health physiotherapists
  • try a short activity taster led by experienced exercise professionals
  • meet other like-minded women

The sessions are free to attend, but please register online to let us know you are coming.

We’ll provide tea and coffee. Buggies and children are welcome.
