We have made many of our services available online, so you can request, report or check things whenever you need.

Sign up to our customer portal to access our services wherever and whenever is convenient for you – there’s no need to wait until we’re open.

We regularly add more services. You can access them from the relevant pages on this website, or directly through the portal.

You can use the portal to:

  • Manage your Council Tax account and pay your bill
  • Report a missed bin collection and request a new bin
  • Manage your housing benefit
  • Manage your council housing tenancy and pay your rent
  • Report street maintenance problems including flytipping and graffiti
  • Claim a free tree to commemorate your baby’s birth or request a tree protection order
  • Find information and guidance about the council, elections, parking and more
  • Access a growing number of other online services
