To request a personal search of the Local Land Charges Register, email us at least 2 working days in advance of your preferred appointment and provide the following information:
- Date of appointment
- The full postal address to be searched
- Site plan clearly showing the boundary marked in red
- The name of the person or company carrying out the personal search
You can submit up to 5 addresses for any appointment, with a separate site plan for each address. You can make one appointment per company per week. We’ll email you to confirm the booking. If for any reason you no longer want the appointment, please email us as soon as possible.
To adhere to government advice on social distancing, we will return personal searches to you by email until further notice.
The information provided will be raw and unverified data. If you have any questions about the results or the information supplied, you should contact the person or personal search company who carried out the search rather than us.
There is no charge for personal searches. Any personal searches that are not collected by 4pm on the day of appointment will be destroyed and must be requested again.
