Our updated website

We have now launched the new version of our website!

The main changes are in the background, but you may have noticed some changes to the homepage and general design as well. The content and site structure are largely unchanged, although we already have plans for improvements to some sections.

Hopefully you won't have noticed any disruption, but it isn't unusual for there to be the odd glitch during the process of setting a new site live. If you see anything, don't worry, these should be gone soon. If they prevent you using the site or persist, though, please let us know about them!

We've done all we can to make sure page links continue to work. It can take time for search engines (including the one on our site) to find and index new content, though, so please bear with us if you can’t find what you need in the first few days after the switch.

There will be a clear Menu button on every page, as well as links to popular services available from the homepage, which should help you find content.

We would love to hear what you think! We’re always looking for ways to improve, so if you have any feedback when you’ve had a chance to use the new website, please get in touch.

You can either use the smiley faces at the bottom of each page, or email us at webteam@cambridge.gov.uk.

While we will not be able to act on all suggestions straight away, we will assess all feedback and make any necessary updates, or add ideas to our list for future development.

How would you rate your online experience?
