Legionella workshop for landlords and letting agents
Following recent changes to industry guidance more emphasis has been placed on landlords to be responsible for ensuring that the risk of exposure to legionella in residential premises which they own or manage is properly assessed and controlled.
This 2-hour workshop is designed to equip landlords with the necessary skills to understand their legal requirements, recognise the arrangement and risks posed by the water installation in their premises and carry out a risk assessment sufficient to allow them to meet their obligations. The workshop will include practical guidance and delegates will have every opportunity to ask any questions of our enforcement officers during the session.
The workshop is run in a classroom setting using practical examples of water installations for the benefit of delegates.
