This group brings together residents and officers to discuss, inform, influence and assess services relating to council and leasehold homes.
Members are consulted on policies and procedures, and are informed directly of wider changes as they are developed and implemented.
The group, which is led by residents, meets at least four times every year.
At each meeting, the group discusses the quality, cost, and delivery of maintenance services, and our planned works programme. It also considers empty properties (‘voids’) and reviews the delivery of requirements outlined in our ‘five-point promise’.
To join, you must be a Cambridge City Council tenant or leaseholder, and you must sign a code of conduct.
Contact us if you’d like to join the group.
