Wadloes Road biodiversity enhancements consultation

Consultation open from 10 December 2021 to 9am on 17 January 2022.

We have identified several potential locations for new trees, wildflower areas and ‘biodiversity banks’ along Wadloes Road.

The new installations are intended to enhance the biodiversity of the area. The proposed trees could help to protect the grass verges along the road, and the wildflowers and banks will provide homes for bees and other insects.

Have your say

Our online survey shows the proposed enhancements and asks you to tell us which you would support. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions about the proposals or survey, contact us at projectdevelopment@cambridge.gov.uk. The survey closes at 9am on 17 January 2022.

Next steps

We will consider all responses to the survey and produce a final plan that reflects your feedback.

We expect work to install the enhancements to begin in March 2022. It will be funded by our Environmental Improvement Programme.
