We propose to build 6 environmentally friendly council-rented houses on council-owned land at Ditton Walk.
The houses will each have private gardens, parking spaces with charging points for electric vehicles and secure cycle parking.
The homes will meet a very high standard of environmental sustainability so they can be Passivhaus accredited. As a result they will use very little energy for heating.
New trees and plants will be planted in front of the houses.
The Cambridge Investment Partnership (CIP), which we own with Hill Investment Partnerships, is leading the project. They have appointed Concilio to conduct the consultation.

The CIP will analyse and summarise your responses and include them in a report to the Housing Scrutiny Committee meeting on 19 January 2021.
If councillors approve the proposal, we will apply for planning permission in March 2021.
