Cambridge City Council

Community inclusion and engagement survey

We have a legal duty to publish our equality objectives every few years. We do this in our equalities strategy, which we call the Single Equality Scheme.

We want to find out how you think we can continue to make sure people feel safe, welcome and included in Cambridge. Your answers to this survey will help us develop the next version of our equalities strategy.

We are running this survey with support from voluntary and community organisations.

Have your say

Our survey asks questions about you, the services you use, and how you feel about Cambridge. It also asks what impact coronavirus has had on your life.

You can answer as many or as few questions as you want, and we will not ask for any information that can identify you. You can save the survey at any point, and return to complete it later.

The survey closes at 11.59pm on 31 January. If you have any questions about it or about our Single Equality Scheme, contact us at or 01223 457046.

We can provide the survey as a printed document or in large font, braille or another language. Contact us if you need any of these.

Next steps

A third-party organisation will analyse all the responses we receive and summarise them in a report.

We will not share any individual responses, and we will delete them all after 5 years.

We’ll publish the report on this website and share it with council officers, public-sector service providers and local voluntary and community sector organisations.
