Buchan Street Neighbourhood Centre is a warm and welcoming community centre. We have rooms for hire and can accommodate many different groups from business meetings to children's parties.
The centre is closed until further notice, due to the coronavirus outbreak. We won’t make any hire charges until we can reopen, and we’ll hold your existing bookings.
We have free Wi-Fi, and a projector and screen. If you are interested in setting up a new group or hiring our facilities, contact us for more information.
The centre is home to the King’s Hedges Healthy Living project and our holiday lunches coordinator.
Read the King's Hedges page for details of activities taking place at this centre.
As well as the hall and foyer area there are two main meeting rooms. Kitchen facilities and baby-changing facilities are available, and the centre has an internet access point that is free but needs to be booked in advance.
The centre can be hired for conferences and parties of up to 100 people.
The centre is wheelchair-accessible throughout, with push-button access to the main doors.
There are two disabled parking bays, a hearing-loop system in most rooms, an accessible toilet and braille signage.
