The report by the Director of Environment and Planning referred to objections to the tree work applications set out below. The trees covered by Tree Works Application 221 were subject to Tree Preservation Orders. The Members considered the objections and

01/j/80            SECOND ANNUAL REPORT ON SECTION 106 AGREEMENTS (NOVEMBER 2000/November 2001)

 

The report by the Director of Environment and Planning set out the updated information on monitoring of S106 agreements. The report:

§         reminded members of the purpose of the monitoring report

§         set out the factors affecting existing S106 agreements

§         referred to priorities for the forthcoming year

§         set out the status of agreements imposed on developments for student accommodation not controlled by the proctorial control system or APU parking control system

§         and the obligations on developers as a result of planning approvals.

 

Resolved that

 

1.      the contents of the report be noted

2.      an interim monitoring report be made to the Subcommittee at its meeting in March with a report on the S106 Strategy. This report was to include feasibility options for the appointment of an S106 Project Implementation Officer for 2002/2003 funded from the S106 cost centre
