The Forum will last up to 30 minutes, but may be extended at the Chair’s discretion. The Chair may also time limit public speakers to ensure as many are accommodated as practicable.

 

PUBLIC SPEAKING RULES – relating to items or reports to committee 5 and 6, if you wish to ask a question or make a statement to the committee please contact the committee officer before the meeting starts.  You will have up to three minutes to put your question or make a statement, with an opportunity of a further two minute supplementary.
