Councillor Ruth Bagnall

 

Members of the public will be aware of the recent untimely death of Ruth Bagnall, Councillor for Coleridge Ward and Leader of the Labour Group on the City Council. The meeting will be invited to stand and observe a period of silence in memory of Councillor Bagnall.

Members of the public are invited to ask any question, or make a statement on any matter related to their local area covered by the City Council Wards listed above.

 

The Forum will last up to 30 minutes, but may be extended at the Chair’s discretion. The Chair may also time limit public speakers to ensure as many are accommodated as practicable.

 

Residents Association paper: ‘Improving the Planning Process’.

Roger Crabtree of the Rustat Neighbourhood Association has asked to speak on the attached paper submitted to the Council, following a meeting of the Residents Associations. A response by the Executive Councillor Environment is also attached.
