2.30pm: DEVELOPMENT CONTROL FORUM: 10 March 2004
PLANNING APPLICATION NOS: C/04/0041/OP
APPLICANT: Prof V and Dr M
Whittaker
Applicant’s
AGENT: Jeremy Edge, Atis Real Weatheralls
LEAD PETITIONER: Elizabeth Traversone
CASE OFFICER: Janine Barker
The petition is in the following terms in relation to
the above planning application.
We would like to object for the following reasons:
§
Increased
traffic generation on an already busy road. Up to 28 extra cars trying to enter
and exit.
§
Over
development of the site. From one dwelling to fourteen. A building
significantly larger than the current house.
§
Increased
noise.
§
Possible loss of
privacy and overshadowing.
§
Increased
refuse. 14 bins which will need collecting off a busy road.
§
The development
is out of keeping with the area. The style is out of keeping with the
predominantly family homes build on single plots.
