“We the undersigned call on the City Council to properly consider, via a Development Control Forum, the impact on the local community of hosting another supported housing project in the area, specifically the planning application for 34 Victoria Road, which we understand is planned to be used for a continuing drinkers project. We would also ask that particular attention is paid to local concerns about the safe access to and from the back of the property, and the points raised by the police architectural liaison officer.”
