On the request of Councillors Bagnall,
Blencowe, Bradnack, Richard Smith and Wright, the Right Worshipful the Mayor
has called an extraordinary meeting of the Cambridge City Council which will be
held in the Council Chamber of the Guildhall on Wednesday 19 November 2003 at
6.00pm and I hereby summon you to attend.

ORDER FOR THE CITY OF CAMBRIDGE
The report to
be considered by Strategy Scrutiny Committee on 17 November (OPTIONS
FOR TACKLING ANTi-social behaviour associated with STREET DRINKING)
is
attached. Any matters arising from the
Strategy Scrutiny Committee meeting will be reported to Council on 19 November.
[Officers are aware that a petition relating to the matter for discussion has been in public circulation. For up to 4 petitioners to address the Council under its petition procedure, the petition must be received by 5pm on Monday 10 November. This is after the agenda has gone to press. Members should note however, that the public may still address the Council under its public speaking rights scheme.]
