4.       OPEN FORUM 

Members of the public are invited to ask questions, or make a statement on any matter relating to their local area covered by the City Council Wards listed above.

The Forum will last up to 30 minutes but may be extended at the Chair’s discretion. The Chair may also time limit public speakers to ensure as many are accommodated as practicable.

The following application requires determination.  A plan showing the location of the site is attached to the reports. Detailed plans relating to each application will be displayed at the meeting. The name of the planning case officer dealing with the applicaton is given in the table below.
