9       PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCES:  CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCE (FOR INFORMATION)

 

To note that the Public Entertainment Licence for the Corner House Public House was granted until 5th June 2003, being subject to review at this Committee.  We have been advised that the Licensee has left the Public House and we have received no request for a transfer of the licence.  Consequently the licence is deemed to have lapsed.
