1. TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION OF THE CIVIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE HELD ON 6 MAY 2003:

That Cambridge City Council in recognition of the eminent services rendered to the City of Cambridge by former Councillor Peter Cowell DL over a long period of years, particularly as a member of the City Council and as Mayor of the City, hereby admits him to be an Honorary Freeman of the City of Cambridge.

(Granting the Freedom of the City requires two thirds of the members present and voting to vote in favour)
