Why is the cost of using the laundrette at Hanover Court/Princess Court so high compared with nearby privately owned laundrettes? The high cost leads to the underuse of this facility provided for tenants.

Housing and Health Committee has previously identified that £300,000 of the Housing Revenue Account general reserves is available for shared ownership properties.  It is recommended that this money be transferred into the Shared Ownership (Equity Share) Reserve and maintained at the same level of £300,000.
